Client Service Enhancements

Whilst a friendly personal service will always remain at the heart of everything we do for our clients, every member of the team is engaged in a project to enhance our client proposition. The main project this year has been the launch of our client portal.

This is being rolled out in stages, which will ultimately provide secure messaging, a document vault and consolidated updated valuations. Elizabeth has been leading this initiative, ably assisted by Vicky, Tarin, Ryan and Ephraim. The portal and associated enhancements to our back-office systems and processes should result in more efficient administration, more secure communication and more timely and convenient valuations to benefit clients.

In terms of the advice process, Bryony has been developing her investment and pension knowledge during the year assisting Matthew and passed three professional diploma level qualifications. All members of the team have a professional development programme and are actively encouraged and supported to study for further qualifications.

Looking ahead into 2018, we hope to continue to build the team with further recruitment both in terms of another adviser and technical assistant.
