Back in October we announced that for the 4th year running Seabrook Clark was named in the top 100 UK financial advisers by trusted Citywire company, New Model Adviser (NMA).
We are excited to report that we have received further feedback from NMA on our entry and can proudly say that we were ranked in the top 10 financial advisers in the whole of the South West.
We were delighted to receive this local and national acclaim, as recognition by this industry body is testimony to our ongoing dedication to our client service.
The judges remarked that we did very well in most categories, especially with regards to our graduate programmes and charity involvement. We are always seeking ways to nurture and support budding interest in careers within our industry, especially at a local level. We have offered opportunities for graduates and undergraduates at Exeter University with a keen interest in the financial industry the chance to work in general administrative roles, as well as investment in the development of our team members as they progress evermore towards their personal career goals.
Building a good strong relationship with our clients is something we pride ourselves on at Seabrook Clark, and the improvements on our Investment Desk and personal finance portal (PFP) throughout this year has allowed for seamless and efficient day-to-day business running. This has come as a huge benefit to our clients, as it has allowed us to focus more time on improving our communication and service offering.
Aside from those stand out comments, we were also praised on our team’s individual qualifications, business development objectives and best practice. It’s great to be acknowledged for our commitment to business growth as we endeavour to expand our service, platform and product offering for the benefit of our clients.
The judges kindly left us with a few key pointers for the next awards and, as we prepare our plans for 2020, we are fortunate to be able to think and implement them into our offering, with plenty of time to go until 2020’s NMA UK top 100 are announced later this year.
