We are delighted to announce that we have been named as one of the top five financial advice firms across the South West by the respected Citywire company, New Model Adviser at the award ceremony on Thursday 10th January.
This announcement follows on from our nomination as one of the top 100 UK financial advice firms by New Model Adviser in October. We are thrilled to achieve both local and national acclaim and confirms that our on-going efforts for the benefit of our clients continue to be recognised by a respected industry body.
The criteria for both of the awards included: a clear strategy for growing the business for the benefit of our clients; demonstrable succession planning; active consideration of a clients’ ethical investment preferences and the option of an investment proposition covering ESG (environmental factors, social responsibility and corporate governance) criteria; a contribution to the profession through sharing best practice and holding roles with professional bodies; a commitment to client education; and a high level of qualifications among staff – all of which we are pleased to say we do and have, and continue to strive to better.
We are looking forward to continue improving our offering and service to clients this year, particularly with the development of our Investment Desk, the continued improvement and roll-out of our personal finance portal (PFP) and the expansion of our team to support clients.
